Премия над чистой стоимостью актива, обычно равная 6-81/2%, взимаемая инвестиционными компаниями открытого типа для покрытия уплаченной посредникам размещения новых акций комиссии и других расходов, связанных с продажей акций. Обычно такая добавочная плата взимается с инвесторов только при покупке ими акций.
